At One Touch Laser, we have laser service engineers that cover the whole of the UK, offering on-site laser repair of all Universal Laser Systems (ULS Inc) cutting systems. We hold stock of most laser repair parts for the complete range of systems we provide. Our customer service team can also arrange for laser cutter spares and consumable parts to be delivered to your site the next day, enabling our engineers to repair your laser with minimal downtime.
It is recommended that every laser machine purchased is done so with a service contract to ensure efficient running of your new laser at all times. Various discounts are given on laser parts and emergency callout rates depending on the chosen service contract.
Emergency service calls can be a very expensive aspect of owning any laser system. Many times the laser was operating perfectly one day and down the next. What happened? The fact is many of the lasers in use today deliver diverse outputs. So, there is wear associated with laser components which will require replacement. Almost all laser systems will require a service at some point in their life. Unfortunately, this is to be expected. However, with proper maintenance and planning these repair costs can be minimised and in some cases prevented altogether.
